We co-ordinate with specialists to fully prepare first class, fully researched and well-supported planning application.  We commission all the necessary studies and reports to support the application, leaving no details to chance.  We track the application throughout, diligently answering queries and requests, to ensure the highest success rates.  

We ensure only trusted and tested installers are engaged and we oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, including layout design and equipment specifications, to laying the framework, panels and cabling. We also handle all communications with the local grid operator to ensure a smooth connection to the grid. 

Volt Space has extensive experience in structuring lease agreements to ensure a harmonious relationship between farm and solar.  We ensure farmers are fully advised and informed on lease features and are completely at ease with all terms.

After commissioning is complete, we manage the relationship between land owner and solar power operator to ensure an effortless continuity of income without delay or hassle.
